No. Exalted is based in Lahore and Karachi, Pakistan. For international buyers, equipment is exported from Pakistan with remote engineering support and project-based on-site commissioning — we do not claim a local branch or address in export markets.

How is equipment shipped and commissioned overseas?+

After a line assessment and quotation, equipment is manufactured/sourced and shipped from Pakistan. Installation is supported remotely (video walkthroughs, documentation, operator training) with an on-site visit scheduled for larger or regulated projects where needed.

Can Exalted supply pharma-grade equipment for export markets?+

Yes. Serialization, track & trace, machine vision, and pharma-grade metal detection are available for export, configured to the destination market's pack formats and regulatory requirements where specified by the buyer.

How do spare parts and after-sales support work for export customers?+

Spare parts are shipped from Pakistan on request, and technical support is provided remotely. For plants with multiple installed units, we discuss stocking critical spares locally and scheduling periodic service visits.
